Learn About Us

U.S. healthcare benefits spending by Employer-Sponsored Health Plans (ESHPs) is increasing at twice the rate of inflation! This is unsustainable for these organizations. Additionally, self-funded benefits programs are often not aligned with business goals due to misaligned incentives and the presence of third-party middlemen with entrenched self-interests.

Our Mission

Empower employers and innovators to transform healthcare by aligning business performance with employee well-being. We invest in and support companies that deliver measurable impact — reducing costs, improving outcomes, and driving sustainable value across the self-funded ecosystem.

Experienced Operators, Not Just Investors

A winding trail on a snow-covered mountain slope with pine trees. Mountain peaks in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

Backed by a community of enterprise partners, investors, and changemakers, Nateev Health combines voracious learners and pragmatists who believe the fastest path to a healthier future is through intimate collaboration with partners.

Our network of HR and benefits executives serves as a critical sounding board for our portfolio companies. They have held strategy, technology, and clinical leadership positions at leading managed care and health systems.

Employer-sponsored health plans operate within the broader U.S. healthcare ecosystem, so we believe it is essential to have a 360-degree view of innovations and vendors.
